The bark of the Caturra cherry, from which the coffee bean is extracted, is obtained through a natural and organic drying process. You can use it as is in an infusion or mix it with other dried or dehydrated ingredients.
Create your own lemonade recipe using our loose Cascara, or try our Red Berry Lemonade or Northern Berry Lemonade. Both are flavored with maple sugar and local berries, and offer surprising flavors you wouldn't expect from coffee!
